Removing recipes from a shopping list

Once you've added a recipe to a shopping list, the shopping cart button on the recipe view screen will change in appearance (it won't have a + sign anymore). Clicking the button now will show you which shopping list(s) the recipe appears on, and give you the option to remove the recipe from all lists.
