Importing recipes from Master Cook

If you have been using Master Cook software to organize your recipes and would like to switch to Recipe Tamer instead, we can import all your recipes from Master Cook so you don't have to start over.

Exporting from Master Cook

First you need to export your recipes from Master Cook. To do this:

1. In Master Cook, select the cookbook you want to export.
2. Go to the File menu and choose Export and Mail. Choose the "MC5+ Format (MX2)", and select the single-file option.
3. Complete the export process.

Importing to Recipe Tamer

Send your export file to us at help@recipetamer.com. We'll load the recipes into your account for you.
